Why did the customer contact us?

Very high humidity and visible mold. Would like to get testing done. Experiencing allergies. 

Solutions provided:

A visual inspection was done at the property. Three air samples were taken to test for mold in the basement, first floor level and outside. An air test was also performed with the Air Advice that runs a 30 minute flash report for six different categories in the air. It was recommended to clean and seal the affected areas in the basement as well as to ventilate and control the humidity to control airborne moisture and harmful particles. An EZ Breathe ventilation system was also recommended to be installed to perform whole home air exchanges.
