• Comment: In April 7, 2015, Crestwood had an inch of rain in 15 minutes. My basement flooded when my window well filled up and water and exploded into the open room. I contacted several companies, almost went with another, when I heard about #MidwestBasementTech from a trusted friend and neighbor. Not only was their bid the lowest of 6, but the entire MWBT team was very customer-focused. They moved and wrapped my furniture and shelving, removed 126 feet of wall framing, replaced the old inefficient drain tile, installed 22 anchors, added 2 jacks, 4 window well drains, 2 sump pumps, a battery backup, and a radon barrier membrane. They were respectful to me, my pets, and my home. They even scraped dried mud off the outside steps! My dog Marty misses them! I would recommend them to everyone.
